How our tutoring works

We focus on clear communication, flexible lesson formats, and a risk-free first lesson so families can feel confident in their choice.

First lesson guarantee

The first lesson is offered with a money-back guarantee. If the student chooses to continue, payment will be required for the initial one-hour session. However, if they decide not to proceed, no payment will be necessary. Those wishing to discuss whether tutoring is suitable for them may contact the business at the provided phone number.

In-person and online options

In-person lessons are available within approximately a 5-kilometre radius of the Ryde area. Students or parents are requested to enrol for a lesson, after which the instructor will contact them by phone or text to determine suitability. Lessons may be held at the student's residence or at another mutually agreed location, such as a library.
